The 76th Republic Day was celebrated on January 26, 2025, at SDS school premises. The event commenced with the lighting of ceremonial lamp by the Principal along with designated teachers. The Event hosts from Class 11 welcomed everyone and set the tone for the celebration.
Next, the Flag Hoisting ceremony took place, where the national flag was unfurled, followed by the singing of the National Anthem. This was a poignant moment, filled with patriotism and pride.
The Speech in Hindi was delivered by Chandani from Class 11, who inspired the audience with her words. This was followed by a Group Dance performance, which showcased the rich cultural heritage of our nation.
The Group Song performance was another highlight of the event, with students singing patriotic songs that filled the air with enthusiasm and energy.
A Speech in English was delivered by Vanshika from Class 11, who shared her insights on the significance of Republic Day. This was followed by another Group Song performance, which was equally impressive.
Then Group Dance by the junior kids was the heart winning performance of the event, with students showcasing their talent and passion.
The Principal's Address was the final segment of the event, where the principal thanked everyone for their participation and hard work in making the event a success.
The celebration concluded with the Community Song: Vande Mataram and the Sweet Distribution, where sweets were distributed among the students, marking a sweet end to the event.
